Preventative Maintenance

We offer preventative maintenance and system review of audio visual systems deployed in the field – our products or any AV products. If you experience a problem, our factory-trained technical staff will perform preliminary troubleshooting of your issue with remote diagnosis and a video test call to identify the problem before ordering parts. The maintenance that may be requirement would include possible software upgrades consisting of major feature enhancements and functionality releases. Many of our audio visual solutions involve software that drives complex systems and software upgrades are usually available at no charge from the AV manufacturers’ websites. Onsite software upgrade installation services are available at an additional charge.
